Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Dash Neon (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store terms applicable to you.
2. Virtual items
The App may include virtual currency and virtual items (such as coins, magnets, revives, and skins). These items have no real-world cash value, are not redeemable for money, and may be modified or removed as the App evolves. Misuse, cheating, or unauthorized modification of the App is prohibited.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the App
- Do not use the App for unlawful purposes
- Do not attempt to exploit bugs for unfair advantage in a way that harms other users or the service
4. Updates and availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features of the App at any time. The App may require a supported iOS version. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
5. Third-party services and our servers
The App uses Google AdMob (and related Google advertising services) to display ads. The App may also use the Meta (Facebook) SDK for advertising measurement and related app events.
Your use of those services may be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Advertising and measurement partners may collect data as described in our Privacy Policy.
The App may also communicate with servers we operate (including under the dashneon.com domain) for analytics and operations, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimer
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the App.
8. Termination
Your rights under these Terms end if you stop using the App or if we discontinue the App. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.
9. Privacy
Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms where permitted by law.

12. Apple-specific notice
If you obtained the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and the developer of Dash Neon, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. To the maximum extent permitted, Apple has no warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the App. Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
