Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Dash Neon (“the App”) handles information. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.
1. Summary
Dash Neon is a casual mobile game. We do not require an account to play. Most gameplay progress and preferences are stored locally on your device. Separately, the App may send limited analytics / event information to our servers and to advertising partners, as described below.
2. Information stored on your device
The App may store locally (for example via Apple’s UserDefaults):
- Game progress (unlocked levels, star ratings)
- Virtual coin balance and cosmetic unlocks
- Optional feature flags (such as one-time reward claims)
- Daily check-in date for in-game rewards
- Audio preferences (such as whether background music is muted)
- A locally generated or Apple-provided device identifier used for analytics
This local data remains on your device unless you back up or restore the device through Apple’s systems.
3. Analytics (first-party)
To operate, measure, and improve the App, we may send limited event data from the App to servers we control (including endpoints under the dashneon.com domain). Typical data includes:
- An anonymized device identifier (Apple’s Identifier for Vendor when available, or a randomly generated UUID stored on device)
- App name / channel and app version
- Event labels (for example: first install, app launch, rewarded-ad interaction)
We use this information for product analytics and operations. It is not used to create a public profile of you inside the App.
4. Permissions
Notifications. If you choose to enable notifications, the App may schedule local reminders (for example, a daily check-in nudge). You can disable notifications anytime in iOS Settings.
Motion sensors. The App may use device motion for optional tilt controls. Motion data is processed on-device for gameplay input and is not uploaded by the App for advertising or analytics in the current version.
5. Sharing features
If you use Share, content is sent through Apple’s system share sheet to destinations you choose. We do not operate a social network inside the App.
6. Advertising and tracking
The App uses Google AdMob to show advertisements (including rewarded video and interstitial ads). Google and its partners may collect and process device and usage information to deliver, measure, and personalize ads, subject to Google’s policies and your privacy choices.
The App also uses the Meta (Facebook) SDK for app event measurement, including logging in-app ad impression value (AdImpression) to help measure and optimize advertising. Meta may process device identifiers and related data according to Meta’s policies and your tracking choices.
- You may see an App Tracking Transparency prompt on iOS; you can allow or deny tracking.

Where required (for example in the EEA/UK), the App may present a consent message via Google’s User Messaging Platform before requesting ads.
7. Children

8. Your choices
- Disable notifications in iOS Settings
- Deny or reset tracking permission in iOS Settings
- Mute or unmute in-app music from the App’s controls
- Delete the App to remove locally stored App data (subject to device backups)
- Email us with privacy questions
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
